Our normal opening hours are 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed on Bank Holidays.

How Do I Order?
If you’ve bought products online before, you’ll already know the three basic steps:
- Choosing your product(s)
- Entering your delivery and billing details
- Entering your payment details
You browse the products, add them to your basket and then check out!

For your convenience
My Account – register your details once, and our website can fill them out for you automatically whenever you buy online with us. You can also check your order history and maintain your details.
When you register online with us, we need to know whether you’re a representative of an educational establishment (e.g. a teacher) or a private customer.
You’ll be required to enter a password. This needs to be a ‘strong’ password – a combination of seven or more numbers and letters. Strong passwords are more secure than weak ones, which do not mix numbers and letters.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are generally despatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) by courier service, the only exception being small, single items dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail.
UK orders are shipped by a courier, using a next day delivery service, however this is not a guaranteed service and we recommend you allow 1-3 working days.
Orders placed from Scotland and Northern Ireland are usually dispatched between 24-48 hours depending on the remoteness of your location.
Courier deliveries are between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, but only during peak times, and require a signature on delivery.
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days, please phone us on 01953 859520 and we will be able to update you. If your order is needed urgently for a specific date, please contact us by phone before ordering.
Deliveries to European destinations generally take 3 to 5 working days, and 5 to 7 working days for the rest of the world. Orders to some countries may experience delays due to customs procedures.
How are my products delivered?
Single, small items are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail, meaning you won’t have to sign for the package.
We use DPD/UPS to deliver larger orders within the UK. Deliveries are made between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and a signature is required.
If you have supplied us with an email or phone number in the order process, you will receive a message telling you when your package will be delivered in a 1 hour time slot.
If necessary, you can give instructions at the time of ordering (currently only over the phone) for the parcel to be left in a safe place at your home address, or you can specify a neighbour who would be happy to sign for the parcel on your behalf.
We are happy to deliver your order to an alternative address. The website allows you to enter an alternative delivery address, or you can advise us of this if you order by phone.
Can I change my order?
If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone. You can also email us at email@example.com
If my order arrives incorrect or damaged, will you refund me?
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us on 01953 859520, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Alternatively, simply return it, securely wrapped, within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging and we will offer you a full refund. Please ensure that you enclose a note stating your full name, address and telephone number, along with your reason for the return. We will only pay return postage if the product is faulty.
Do you sell outside the UK?
Yes you can order online. Make sure that you enter the full details of your address (including the country) in the required fields. When you get to the ‘checkout’ page, the cost of shipping will be displayed; if you are happy to accept the delivery charge, you can pay securely with Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.
If you are based abroad but would like your order shipped to a UK address, standard UK delivery charges will apply.
All our prices are in UK Pounds Sterling. Your bank will convert your payment to your own local currency. Please refer to your bank for current exchange rates.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on all UK orders £75 and over. Delivery on UK orders under £75 starts from £3.95.
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) by courier service. However, if you have not received your order within five working days please contact us.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and a signature is required. As the delivery comes to you via a courier, we cannot book a specific date or time.
We are able to deliver worldwide.
Delivery to other destinations will be calculated at the point of placing the order.
